Last night there was a heavenly smell in my kitchen, the smell of gingerbread people. Sofia has made gingerbread at pre-kindy and wanted to make some at home. I haven’t eaten gingerbread since I was a child, so making it with Sofia brought back some fond childhood memories. It was so much fun making it with her, she is becoming the perfect baker’s assistant!
